Paste your applications, one per line, as company | role | status | date | note, and an organised table appears with a count and share for each status. Copy or export the list as a CSV for a spreadsheet. Your records stay in your browser — they are not uploaded — and this tracker is a personal organiser only, not career, legal or HR advice.

How to Use the Job Application Tracker
Type or paste one application per line and the table updates as you type. Separate the five fields with a pipe character, and keep the status short so it groups cleanly.
What to enter
Company and Role are the main columns; a line without either is skipped.
Status is used for the grouped summary — for example Applied, Interview, Offer or Rejected.
Date and Note are optional; the note may contain further pipes, which are kept together.
Read the summary
The summary table counts each status and shows its share of all applications, sorted from most to least common. Use it to see where your search is concentrated and what still needs a follow-up.
Export or copy
Use Copy CSV to paste the list into a spreadsheet, or Download CSV to save it as a comma-separated file. Every field is quoted safely, so commas and quotes in a note are preserved.
Features
Paste-in rows with a clean table of company, role, status, date and note
Grouped summary with a count and share for every status
Copy or download the whole list as CSV, with safe quoting
Tolerates short lines, empty statuses and extra pipes in the note
All processing runs locally in your browser. Your data is not uploaded to any server.
This tracker is a personal organiser for your own records. It is not career, legal or HR advice, and it does not contact employers or send anything anywhere. Employers use their own processes, so treat the statuses you record as reference only.
